• By approving any of the contracts on this page, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the terms and conditions stipulated in these Terms of Use, hereinafter referred to as «these Terms».

• Reference to «you» and «your» in these Terms are references to any person using or accessing or attempting to use or access this page.

• By accessing, using, or attempting to use the «Simple Staking» service from Ton Raffles in any capacity, you acknowledge and understand that Ton Raffles is merely a showcase for displaying data from the blockchain and that any user can create their own staking pool.

• By making use of Ton Raffles «Simple Staking» services, you acknowledge and agree that you are aware of the risks associated with such services and shall assume all risks related to the use of such services.

• By using the service, you confirm that Ton Raffles does not assume any responsibility or obligation for the funds invested in the «Simple Staking» contracts, in accordance with the above point about self-made pools.

• By approving any of the contracts on this page, you acknowledge and agree that such actions represent your true investment decisions and you accept the potential risks and benefits of your investment decisions.

• You can withdraw your funds at any time, unless otherwise stipulated by the smart contract settings.

• Staking rewards begin to accrue every second immediately following the confirmation of the staking transaction and continue until the end of the corresponding product

• By committing your tokens for the selected periods, you acknowledge and agree that in the event of an early withdrawal, you will have to pay a withdrawal fee as determined by the staking plan.

• By opting for an early redemption within the TON network, you should fully recognize the risks associated with such actions and operate cautiously.

• Ton Raffles may make changes to these Terms and to the information contained on this page at any time. Users undertake to refer to these Terms promptly and regularly. Ton Raffles will not be held liable or responsible in any way of compensation should users incur personal losses arising from ignorance and/or negligence of these Terms.

• No communication or information provided to you by Ton Raffles is intended as, or shall be considered or construed as, investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, recommendation to transact in any investment or solicitation to engage in any investment activity within the TON network.

• If you do not agree to the aforementioned Terms, you should refrain from using Ton Raffles «Simple Staking» services.
