Introduction

These Terms of Use («Terms») govern access to and use of the Jetton Launchpad module («Launchpad») provided within the Ton Raffles ecosystem on the TON blockchain. By using the Launchpad, you agree to these Terms. Definitions

• «Jetton» refers to the token standard on the TON blockchain designed for the creation and distribution of digital assets.

• «User» means any individual or entity using the Launchpad for launching or participating in projects.

• «Project» refers to an initiative using the Launchpad for presale or distribution of Jettons.

Terms of Use

1. Requirements for Presale Placement

Projects intending to launch a presale on the Launchpad must comply with specific criteria, including but not limited to:

• A clear and detailed project description, outlining the purpose, goals, and use cases of the Jettons being offered.

• Proof of concept or a minimum viable product (MVP) to demonstrate the project's feasibility and potential for success.

• Adherence to TON blockchain standards and regulations, ensuring compatibility and security for participants.

• A transparent and fair token distribution plan, specifying allocation, pricing, and mechanisms to prevent unfair advantage or manipulation.

2. Participation in Projects

• Users can participate in projects either as creators or investors, following the terms set by the project organizers.

• Ton Raffles is not responsible for the success or failure of any projects.

3. Risks

• Participation in projects via the Launchpad involves risks, including the loss of investments. Users should independently assess the risks involved.

4. Liability

• Ton Raffles is not liable for any losses incurred through the use of the Launchpad.

• Users are fully responsible for complying with applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

• All rights related to the Launchpad and Ton Raffles belong to their respective owners. Users are granted a non-exclusive right to use the Launchpad in accordance with these Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

• Ton Raffles reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Launchpad after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
