# Deploy strategy contract

To deploy a Strategy Token, follow the same steps as for a Standard Token.\
The only exception is the **Tokens to mint** field — for Strategy Tokens, minting occurs **after** the token contract has been deployed, directly on the editing page.

{% hint style="info" %}
The deployment cost of a Strategy Token is approximately **5.5 TON**. Make sure your wallet has the required amount before deploying.
{% endhint %}

After the contract is successfully deployed, you will be redirected to the token management page.

Next, to successfully launch your Strategy Token, you will need to complete **three simple steps** on the token editing page.

\
You can read about them in the **Manage Strategy Token** section of the GitBook.
